Hello
i have been a member of bhw from quite a long time.
I have been into the stage of depression in the last few years.
i am 25 now. Due to depression i couldnt complete my college studies.
Got a job online , but did not able to do good quality work, that is why my client left me.
I want to share because it feels very light after sharing and being connected with blackhatworld is just like memories like living in house from a long time.

I got sick after my mother died, but making money online + medicine helped get me out of it.

Had a load of traumatic experiences so ensure you clear old things from hurting you or simply try new era stuff to better your chances of full recovery.

In some ways you might feel better after you get over it.

Go see a doctor, depression is hard to fight yourself and medicine can help tremendously and allow you to take control of your life again.
At some stage, Depression is a disease where medications is not enough i think.
I was taking medicines in last to last year but left now.
coming back to normal life or routine and healing does take some time( can be long time or years).

i think if i start making some decent money with mmo, all diseases will shoe away faster

I've been there too. There's only one answer: accomplish your goals (or set some goals) and LOVE. So, in the while, aside working to reach your goal, go out following classes..be it cooking or yoga... or do some sport.. like tennis..or both. this way you'll feel good (using your body) and you'll meet some friends and eventually a nice girl..

whatever you do..just make sure to not take medicines and WORKING OUT and meeting peoples. Trust me you'll recover in a week.

Dog. Dog took me out of the depression. You need to feel that - someone needs you, life depends on you, you take care of a dog and he will give you all the love you need. Great way to fight depression.

I like your suggestion.
having physically fit plays a major role in such disease. After a workout ,hormones like adrenaline rush releases which gives relaxation to mind

Take all the advice here with a grain of salt, OP. Nobody here is an expert of depression remedies. And even those who have been through it all have differing experiences than yours. Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one, but nobody wants to experience the shit that comes out of it.

Best of luck to your recovery.

I would go back to the doctor and tell them that the one you are/were taking is not working. They can either up your dosage or switch. Different medicines react differently from person to person, so it often times needs tweaking by your doctor.

What do you think?
If patient says these medicines is not working ( specially if the patient is of depression) doctor will listen to patient?

Why wouldn't he/she? If you tell them you don't feel better its thier obligation to help you. I have a relative with similar problems and the doc changed the therapy multiple times, simply because he didn't felt any improvement.

Goto a doctor and accept you got depression and know get treatment
it a bad illness to just fight on your own
Depression tablets will help , doing exercise and going on walks will
also help , going to the gym , having friends around will help also
But you need medication to get better even better continue medication
untill doctor suggest taking u off it , millons of ppl suffer from depression
Dont think your alone , talking chatting lauthing all takes the presure away,
long sleeps , help , but going out and communicating helps a lot...

good luck , living with depression don't fight it medicate it....

Always have positive people around you,
negative ppl can set you into mood swings...

take day by day and do as much as you can,
take life easy , enjoy the things that make you happy.

If you fill your doctor not lessening to you or you think your not getting correct treatment
you got rights to ask to see a different doctor and if that continues go to your local hospital and exsplain to them what going on , i am pretty sure afther a letter from a hospital your doctor will never go against you agin.

Some times even doctors get it wrong , the problam with depression is a doctor can
throb you off thinking your on a mission to stop work , believe me loads do , but in your case you need to fight for your rights.

a doctor suppose to be there for your health , so you deserve correct treatment.

ok guys that was the talk of 2 years ago.
leave it
Yes i have got rights to change doctor.

I can tell you what helped with me.
I started painting and it was a good relief of knowing my inside world. Letting me get driven by my emotions into a painting.
If you dont like drawing or painting doesnt matter, grab oil paint and some equipment and start expressing, knowing that your time here is not in vain. You can also write, play music, do excercise, save and travel, there are many things to do out there, and many people to meet and create your life story.

Go on, that would be your best medication, dont start with that if you dont stop auto-sabotaging yourself.

Of course? Thats their job... All medicines react differently to different people so a doctor has to take your word for it (in this case, obviously not all). Not sure where you're from, but here in the United States they can and will continue to change your medicine/dosage until its working properly for you.
