Is there a way to recover a deleted YouTube channel?

The channel was an OAC and had 138k subscribers, I tried to appeal but they rejected me.

The elimination was due to "SPAM", since before I uploaded copyrighted content en masse, but at the time of the elimination everything was removed.

Is there another way to retrieve the channel without using the typical form?

Will my channel be returned if I try in a few months?

Youtube is very harsh on these issues, it will be a little difficult for you to get
 
what's the last two email you got from youtube before termination?

You can just appeal to YouTube but if someone else claims to do this for you, stay away from him.
 
If they rejected your appeal, then there's little you can do. Your best bet is to make a public tweet explaining the situation and tagging YouTube on the tweet. This worked for one of my channels back in 2020.
 
Make a post on Twitter and Tag official YouTube account there. If they did by mistake, they will give you the channel back.
