Does anyone know how to recover a blocked profile that asks for ID?

You can make a fake ID and use it if you still have the accounts info
1- Name
2- Date of Birth

Use a fake ID form to appeal. Require name and date of birth to match FB profile.

You can photoshop a fake ID according to the information that has been provided to the FB account. Make sure that it looks realistic. Once I did the same thing and it worked for me.

You can use a fake ID which is match its date of birth and name with the information of that account.
Or else, if you want to use it for advertising, maybe you should buy a new one. Believe me, it won't cost that much. Worth it.
