Correct.
My new title would be: "Looking for blue widgets of any kind? Buy here now."
I just had to spread them quite a bit and this is what works for me.

Nope, I do not have analitics installed EVER. I do not want big bro to see what,when and why I do what I do (lol).
I use the cpanel to track traffic and such.

I blasted these properties with 10-20,000 wikis

Glad to hear someone has been successful against this crappy update. Gonna try this myself, but what did you use to blast to so many wikis?

Random wikis, but try getting to most of them

this method definitely works. i had a site with massive SEO traffic that got hit hard after penguin but used a similar method on it to get it back (the only difference was no .edu links were used -- maybe edu is not necessary!)

Yeah ultimate demon have that and more, i have UD and use over 10k wikis and 450 Web2s for my blasts

My plan:
1. On site optimization
I went into each and every site and adjusted: keyword density ( now at 1% or less), removed keywords from article titles, removed keywords from categories, removed keywords from tags, removed tag cloud

2. Off site
I created 70 web 2.0 properties using different tools
I blasted these properties with 10-20,000 wikis
I blasted the wikis with 1,000+ bookmarks
I blasted 30 edu links to main site this time

3. Waited

At first, I tried this on 3 sites. These 3 sites had easy, medium and hard competition.

Guess what?

an average of 2 weeks later( some in under 1 week), they all came back

As far as anchor texts used: 30% keywords and the rest call to action keywords ( aka: "call us", "contact us"...)

It works

Just need to be organized and keep up with the plan. The results are there, back on track now with 80% of the sites that got hit.

Some of my sites were hit as well but I just edited some of the spintx and kept the quality up and they all recovered. My food sites are a different story as Penguin didn't go after them instead it seems the cooking trend started from food network has created copious amounts of food sites...
