Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean? If you download the video in 1080p and upload that video yourself, it will be 1080p

2conv dot com is a good one. It took me forever to find that. Sometimes you have to retry a couple of times for it to download but that's what I use.

i use camtasia to record video and download videos, had pretty good res.

camtasia can record a whole screen or a certain part, good pixels too.

then i save it and edit whatever i want on it.

You can hide watermarks etc.
