Reconsideration request for site & Google found No manual spam

My rank is down after Penguin. I sent Reconsideration request & got reply no manual spam. Now my ranked is not improve. I have used unique content. I am not understanding why my rank down. Where I have lack.

Please suggest me to find out solutions.

Your probably have been hit be the over optimization penalty. make sure your KW density is down and link with naked links... <a href="http://mysite.com>mysite.com</a>

Add more unique content in your site and see if it improves or not.
