My ISP just recently switched to constantly changing IP. Not related to router. It is some IPv6 stuff I think because it changes if just rebooting the computer or something like that.
Whatever the cause it now changes constantly even during the same session so the provider that only uses auth ip is no longer suitable for me.
I used blazing proxies in the past but I switched due to some issues I was having which I can't recall now, I think random slowing proxies was the problem now I think of it, and I see they have a lot of bad reviews on trustpilot.
