If you really want to go for a quality web 2.0, then make them manually.
Use unique content and use alot of it.
Posting one or 2 articles on a web 2.0 won't make is any good.

You can test TurboWeb20 Submitter. It is public beta testing and free (while in beta). And very soon it will have included an easy Visual Script Builder. So you will be able to make your own unique scripts.
