Recommended proxies for SEO powersuite ???

Can anyone recommend a good proxy service that is compatible with seo powersuite for a good cost... cheers.

Been with them for almost 1 year, absolutely 0 problems.

Trying them now, so far so good, i purchased a pack of 10 proxies and SEO powersuite recommended i use 3 tasks for 10 proxies, what are your recommended settings that you know work well in terms of the Safety Search settings and the amount of tasks to run concurrently ?? really appreciate it.
