You can try my provider, instantproxies.com. They sell quality proxies for a very cheap price. I did not have any problems using their proxies to date. You may go to their site and test some proxies first, and if you are happy .. purchase the proxies you have just tested. it is a great deal, right? because not all providers can allow us to test the proxies without subscribing to them..

my honest advice recommendation can be done with more info like for what purpose do you need them?

If your looking for social media or SEo or another things it depends as not all proxy providers are "recommendable" in all fields

i need high anon proxy..

I bought two proxies at fiverr and it was killed in aout two weeks.. Is having a vpn than a high anon proxy better to use?
