the link who ever wrote it he made a good work..but it needs some changes.. i personally use after many providers..undergroundprivate.com best support ever and they fill my needs.. till now i did not had a single downtime or lag in their dedicated server.. on many rest providers claiming they are offhore always some problems..

I now 2 years and more telling stay awayt from those services abelohost, blueangel, shinjiru and sharkservers they are the worst and the same service and not offshore.. the server provider called knowsrv.com is not offshore and they not ignore DMCA be careful with them they give info's to cops with single letter..

That's a useful list to get a general overview, but people shouldn't blindly rely on it (obviously). For example, TheOnionHost does NOT allow adult content.

my advice to the all providers they should be careful what they allow or not and not faked things like they say you they allow this and then suspend you.. because they will be responsbile for fraud too and they can get into deep trouble they could not imagine.. the list as said has some invalid hosting providers which claimed offshore and dmca ignored while they are not.. some providers in the list could be a honey pot and work for the authorities..

Having a list like that is hard, there are a lot of information to check. For example the X company can change their terms of service in any time, is not in their hands to know that.
I think the owner have been updated the list, and now appears TheOnionHost is now corrected in concerns of Adult.

Yes, I agree. I have seen a huge downtime in the past... Not recommended at all.

You should worry about feedback, of course you need to filter. But Flaunt7 had a huge downtime in the past month's. Also they are resellers, they don't own the hardware or datacenter.
Being reseller is not so good at all, in my case I don't trust in them at all...
If they use Contabo Servers, I have checked right now. I shouldn't go with them... Contabo is not offshore.

Don't bother at all with any others ask quote from our brother @VirtualSystems for any offshore hosting and you will not go wrong.

I am using knownsrv using their Bulgaria server. Its been a year, I haven't received a single problem though. And the uptime is good too.

Useful list. Though maple-hosting is NOT dmca ignored.
