recommended jarvee settings for twitter?

Hi, i been using jarvee to automate twitter but every few days getting blocked, they remove all my followings done with jarvee, and request password change. 1 time they restricted account but i manage to return it. I follow 50-60 per day and even that doesnt seems to work. Account is old few years but have only 1600 followers and 1000-1100 followings. I thought to grow it little more, can you recommend some better or safe settings to use on jarvee for twitter, and any tips how to avoid getting blocked?
