Recommended IP solution for Facebook Ads? ((Proxy Route)

Never used proxies, vpns, rdsl, vps or anything for Facebook ads. However, now's the time to take that into consideration... I've always used in house ips (residential, business lines) here at my office. The proxies always scared me, I assumed it would just reflect "datacenter, or a known IP company that may be flagged". Any recommendations? If you don't want to state this publicly, please pm me.

Supposedly private proxies are better than VPS's?
