I dont know any type of bot that automatically followers you by hour. But legally you can do some 20-30 per hour using different proxies

Avoid going above 60 is all I can say, I stick to 30 - 40 on pretty much all my accounts.

I would suggest running it at the slowest mode (20-30) each hour. But make sure the ratio of Following/Followers makes a bit sense
