Hi guys, sorry this might not be the best place to post this, but have you got any recommendations on courses/thought leaders in paid ads, and affiliate marketing? Also I'm trying to get to grips with the basics of social media management, any thoughts on Michael Stelzner? I stumbled across his blog

Start from udemy.
If not satisfied you can leave a review.

I don't know about social ads, but if you're interested in the basics of Google Ads, you can take their https://skillshop.exceedlms.com/student/catalog/list?category_ids=2844-google-ads-certifications for free.
Thanks buddy. From your experience, how much do you think youll need to play around with to learn it?

The technical aspect? Not too much time, and the courses should do a decent job at explaining it.

But as cliche as it sounds, I'm learning every day, even though I'm doing it for 10 years. It's a matter of experimentation and understanding how different criteria affect each other. These are the things you learn by doing.

If you end up deciding to learn Google Ads, feel free to reach out with questions.

Thank you, I'll prob be all up in your dms soon lol. I did a lesson today, so hopefully will get through the course soon and get certified.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I meant how much money-wise would you need to play around to get to grips with it?

I'd suggest a couple hundred thousands (that you'll probably reach faster than you think). Onboard a first client without a management fee just to get the ball rolling and get some experience, then, hire another one, then onboard a charity (look into Google Grants for charities), then start your own project that you want to start scaling if it gets profitable and without realizing it - you spent your first million.

But it's not just the dollar figure, try to acquire experience with different industries and types of campaigns.
