Recommended CMS / System for telemarketing notes, exc.

Basically I'm looking to scrape businesses contact information and then start calling.

I would like to find a system that would allow me to upload the scraped data and then keep detailed notes on each business.

I'm looking for recommendations.

I should add that initially it would just be 1 person (me) calling.

Why not just use a excel spreadsheet, and what are you selling?

sales force has software that will help but an spreadsheet would do the job really

I think the best FREE CRM package you could possible get is Zoho. I've used it to start many businesses and love it. It can fly to the moon once you get good at using it. best of luck!

ecsow dialer is what i use with skype its total about $20-30/month but holy balls compared to hiring a telemarketing this little solution is tha shit son. lol hope this helps

If these are automated calls, I forsee you getting sued soon for violating the TCPA. Just a friendly notice.

Use vicidial as your calling system
it usualy has vtiger crm integrated for you to manage your lists
if you dont have numbers download a spider/scrapre software like example : yellow pages spider and download numbers from the white pages or yellow pages

what you will need
1. a PC - To install vicidial and vtiger to use as your call center server (or if you have i high end pc you can virtualise it with virtualbox and install it there and give it an ip which you can access through your browser)
2 .get a voip service for the country that you are interested in calling ... just google voip and the country you are interested in and there are a ton of options .
3. free web scraper app that can be downloaded anywhere ....just download trials and you will be set without spending a penny ...or try searching on torrent sites .
4. configure your voip to your vicidial server (tutorials everywhere)
5.Create and configure campagn on your vicidial (calls per minute , ringing time , call recording ) {still tutorials everywhere}
6.upload the list in csv or tab tex delimited format into you vicidial server and assign it your campagn (very easy 1 select file 2 select columns 3 select campagn -4 check duplicates [Y] 5 submit) - still tutorials on that
7.Create a phone sip account in the phone menu of vicidial (online tutorials - reference youtube googling vicidial manual)
8. download a free sip phone app and install to your pc , configure it with the sip account settings - name password ip .

and your all set
