Does anyone have any recommendations for me?

I want to start out and stay honest. I want to have a nice website, good seo and i want to promote products that are actually good, I don't want to promote any IM products, maybe things from amazon or vitamins or something related. Maybe a quick 2-400 method to help me with investments. Later on PPC. I want to start out with hardly any money for investment (I'm broke, not afraid to admit it) and then build myself up more and more as i get more money for investments. Can anyone recommend any information or course that will help me with these things.

    It would be much appreciated.

Amazon affiliation also falls under IM, you cant escape from that definition that easily. :)

Anyway, I suggest to go in this order:
    1. Learn about niche research and choose a good one
    2. Make sure you have something attractive to sell in that niche
    3. Try to buy an EMD (exact match domain) - will make your SEO job easier
    4. Get yourself a free hosting (byethost is good for this) and setup wordpress
    5. Learn about SEO plugins for wordpress and on-page optimization before you write content
    6. Write good content that covers the surrounding niches and your own (dont sell yet)
    7. Learn off-page SEO and start implementing
    8. Learn about social networks and start participating
    9. By that stage you will know what to do next

Very interesting. well you know they say it takes money to make money however you have none. It is possible you can still make money with time and dedication! Your main goal should be finding your niche. Find small ones that don't take as much time and money for your SEO. I Liked your idea on Amazon and you can go that route or use google ad sense. Do your research and make everything with high quality content! Especially since your bankroll is very limited. I am sure other members with more experience will give many other ideas and you will be good to go. Good luck BATZ

Well considering time is money and you don't have money.. you need to invest some time. What lancis said is 100% correct and the way to go. This is not an easy gig to get into, it will take you awhile so don't get discouraged, keep plugging along.

It's a bit hard to learn in here because you have a lot of people who act like they know it all when they usually don't know squat. Spend some time in the forum and you will learn who the smart folks are. You can learn a lot of basic SEO from trusted sources like Search Engine Watch articles till you get your confidence up and can sort the crap from what actually works.

Just remember one thing, some of our techniques can really hurt you if you do not implement BH stuff correctly. You can read how well this and this works.. But a lot of times what works on website A will not work on website B for a lot of different reasons. You need to have that knowledge base built so you can understand what we are doing and why.

I'd get a couple domains for your niche, a not so good one and a great one. Publish some good content on the great one and don't do anything else to it, use the other domain to practice what you have learned. This way, if you crash and burn the so-so domain because you did something you should not have, you still have your good domain sitting there getting aged that you can fall back on. Good domains are not easy to come by, You don't want to destroy them while you are learning SEO but you do want to start the clock ticking on them.

Thank you all for the answers. Sorry, what i meant was promoting IM products, don't want to do that. I started to get in this around a year ago but some things basically tell you and give you tools to promote their product. That doesn't make sense to make a course on someone promoting your course, it's like a never ending wheel of __?__ (i can't remember the word i was going to use lol). Some also give you ideas on what kind of things to promote; this is a big reason why i stopped trying, i wanted to find something with good traffic and a keyword that sounds like it might get good conversions. I continued to find ebooks and other products that i didn't feel comfortable selling to someone, because i think if i'm looking for this would it be worth it to me, a disappointment, usually it wasn't worth it. I found out about Amazon products, but i was already put down by the lack of good products and something personal, plus i don't know much on promoting Amazon products. I should of at least tried for Amazon, but didn't.

Who knows Ron Paul? He is who i want in office. The mainstream media ignores him, makes lies including the delegate count and fraud. If you do enough research you will find things you didn't know before.

Forgot to mention this. In my OP i mentioned vitamins because i just started learning of the difference between synthetic and organic vitamins, and the GMO foods and organic foods. Not an expert, but would make me feel good to promote healthy vitamins, something someones already looking for on Amazon. With that said do you think i should try authority site or small site?

I would suggest MNS. Micro Niche Websites about topics you are interested in. I'm not sure how good you are at composing articles, but I usually find myself typing up quality articles for topics I'm genuinely interested in very fast and they are semi-helpful. I say semi-helpful but many consider it extremely helpful. This way I keep learning, and my MNS have good quality content. Some backlinking, social media, etc etc - and these are ranking high. And there to stay. Content is king.

if thats what you are interested in - start out like stated above...
...do a MNS - if it works out because you can deliver quality content and you are able to rank them well and gained experience with that, do some more maybe.
...if then there is/are site(s) that really do good you can still turn them into authority-sites later.
