Recommendations wanted on proper setup - DMCA Ignored Offshore

Evening,

Hoping to get your feedback/recommendations for a project. I'm going to be running a game cheat website, mainly to market our features, download our client, & host some videos + images. The company we'll be going against is heavy with DMCA/C&D/other means, even going to the lengths of suing, so I'm really in need of a proper setup for everything. We will also be a monopoly in said niche, so the attention will come to us quickly & hard.

I'm considering the following hosts:

What will be hosted:

Simple wordpress site, crypto only. Woocommerce with key delivery plugin. Guides/FAQ/Support will also be hosted on it. Server for everything else will be different, just interested in hosting our site properly & having it remain up.

Budget:

Pretty much isn't one. As much as is needed for a proper setup.

Questions:

1. Is managed webhosting fine, or should I be looking at VPS?
- Hits per day shouldn't be too much. Users will purchase, download client, & read News/Guides/Support so that'll be mainly all they do there & then never again.

2. Is a CDN needed? If so, I've seen BunnyCDN recommended in DMCA ignored threads. Any good? If not, any recommendations?
- Users will be from all around the world. Probs have a OVPN ipv4 if not.
- Content is simple. Optimized images, gifs, & videos. Maybe 5 - 10 videos in total, 40 GIFs, 100 images.

3. Should I be going with cctld like .to, .so, .su, .ru; or am I over thinking this?
- Is .io also fine? Many large names in the industry use this, so I'm assuming.
- Is .ms any good, or should we stay away?

4. Safe practices/plugins you'd recommend for the wordpress site (keeping us safe/anon)?
- Won't be using anything that can link back to our/prior identities. VPN -> vm with vpn -> vps? (multiple: each dedicated to a single task, like managing wp/panels/etc) with vpn -> gologin browser. Btcpay server -> mixer? Overkill, but secure? Offshore servers using proxy servers + many other checks for client, secure/anon chat client for Live Support, etc.

Looking at your setup, I would recommend you to go with a fully dedicated offshore server and do not use any CDN to avoid extra DMCA issues (as once CDN gets involved they might get some complaints too on their IP's), so no need if the offshore host as a good network and uplink port, it will be fine.

About the domains, yes do get an offshore domain name provider, but actually no domain extension is fully save from the DMCA complaints, but mostly they do not complain offshore domain registration providers and most complaints go to the host, so with an offshore host and a dedicated server you will be fine with that.
