Recommendations to dilute anchor text?

I have a site I made when I was first starting SEO, i had no idea what I was doing and the anchor text is horrible, it's like all lsi and exact match, with one exact match coming up as 22%.

Besides PBN links, what is an easy way to diversify the anchor text(I'm in the process of building more PBN links but that is a slow process since I'm drip feeding them)

It doesn't really matter if it passes a lot of juice or not, I'm just concentrating about switching the anchors using a non-spammy method at this point.

Add comments that are posted in sidebar section. If the site is still alive 22% might be ok if you are in some specific niches. Do not try to delute the anchor in one week, that will cause your site to drop.

You have already mentioned, you are going to use drip feed methods. So you will get proper results

Try KnowEm.com, you can bunch of nofollow and generic (Visit Website), branded, and naked URL anchor text from Web 2.0 and social media sites.

Also, try a citation vendor that can pump out hundreds of directory links (but you'll have to request directories that do not require local addresses).

Both services would cost money, but I think they would be more effective than spamming comments or buying really cheap/foreign links at scale.
