    Hi,

Can anyone recommend any good tools - "Software" no monthly license, that you might be finding useful for keyword research and analysis.

    Thanks in advance.

Market Samurai would be pretty good to start with, it's a one time payment and you can get a free 7 (or 40 day) trial.

I have market samurai, which is great. But i will be getting long tail pro soon and it is more updated with moz rankings like DA/PA. market sanurai goes off PR which is less accurate now so its a bit less current, both are one time fee

I am using ultimate niche finder. Its not expensive, one time fee and does the job very well. It does require a little bit of manual checking but all of these tools will as well.

Market Samurai was a great tool. but the API of MS is now attached with Bing (search engine) It will not work that good now.

A combination of Traffic Travis and UNF is what I use -- highly recommended.

Also try using Google Top Trends. You can get many keywords from that as well.
