Recommendations: ISP Proxies / Residential Small Scale?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or guidance pertaining to ISP or Residential Proxies mainly. Open to mobile proxies too, perhaps.

Nothing large scale currently so bulk purchases are not a priority - even being able to acquire 1 or 2 IPs is sufficient for my current use cases. Less expensive options are preferred.

Use of proxies can vary from use case to use case but overall, mobile proxies kind of blend well with almost any task. Scraping, botting etc. US proxies are a bit costly as compared to other locations but if you can profit out of them, the expense isn't a waste. Quality demands price sometimes.
