Recommendations for Web Designers?

Hi BHW,

I'm looking to get a website built. It needs to include a basic cart system so people can purchase downloadable products. I've outsourced web design to people on BHW before but it was AWFUL! Not just the designs, but the websites were slow and clunky. Unfortunately, I'm not a web designer myself. I've tried using premium themes, and they work - to an extent - but it is hard to make them not look generic when you aren't an artist by nature.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

They charge too much $, I can get you the same work at 50-75% rate.
