Recommendations for a good Amazon or Adense friendly WP poster

Hi

I have quite a few dormant domains spare at the moment not doing anything, so would like to utilise them in some way, even if it is just to keep them alive and ageing. I don't really want to spend any time on them, so some method of loading them up quickly is more suitable.

Ideally I would like to post some amazon content on the domains that are niche related. I don't want to risk my affiliate account so only please only recommend ones that Amazon likes.

A few of the domains are also not suitable for Amazon so any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want to make a lot of money with these, but if they can pay for themselves and make a few dollars on top then I am more than happy.

I have looked at WP Zon Builder, but everything on that seems to date back to 2013 and before so I don't know if that plug in is still relevant to today?

Sources to the recommended plug in would be well helpful as well.
