Recommendations for a dedicated / VPS server allowing bulk mailing?

Between 60k-200k emails per day.

Business emails, to business customers and domains (no gmail, yahoo and other public providers).

Looking for a VPS / dedicated server recommendation.

Most of servers offered on BHW is actually white hat and doesn't allow bulk emailing (which in my country, UK, is allowed. You can send unsolicited business marketing emails to business domains).

Thanks in advance for recommendations.

I had used some service on SEOclerk for almost a million emails and it had worked for me, but it was a long time ago.
