Recommendations for 30K words for an ebook.....

There are just so many vendors to choose from.... Can anyone recommend a vendor for me to hire for 30K words? I'll rewrite most of it anyway, so quality doesn't have to be 100% but there will be some minor research(googling). I'll provide an outline/chapters/reference/etc...
