Recommendation on best proxy?

A basic question here, what is the best proxy to use that doesn't my original ip? I'm currently using 911 but it seems like it's leaking my orginal ip. So if I use multilogin and proxy at the same time will it prevent from leaking? What are the ways?

support the advices about 4G LTE mobile proxies, yes they are more expensive than others, but they have the highest quality
especially if you have more than one account

4G Mobile Proxies are the best because of their rotative nature. In fact, if you can find a 4G Proxy Provider that are offering Socks5 protocol, then you are all secured.
You can search the marketplace since many proxy providers have listed their services there. If you have customized requirements, then you can post in the "Want to Buy" section and someone would ping you up for sure.
 
I am using web share proxies, these are the cheapest ones I have found.
