Recommendation Needed - Local Lead Gen WP Theme

I'm looking for a wordpress theme that I can use for multiple niches on one domain.

I've found some single use themes but I'm looking for something that's kind of a cross between a lead gen and directory. I'm only going to be listing one business per niche though so a directory style won't necessarily work.

Anyone know of any WP themes like this?

I would find a nice theme on themeforest that is responsive, clean and minimal. Then I would customise it to be as simple as possible and turn it into a template.

From there I would just upload a new logo, phone number, address, email for every new client I signed up. All clients would use the same theme, same set up. The only thing you'd need to do is the above, logo etc, for each new client. I wouldn't bother using multiple themes, as I think using the same theme and template adds to the overall credibility of the site.

I don't know of any good themes for this. You'd really need something simple I think. I actually think the 2012 theme (default) looks pretty good, and it's responsive. I use a theme called "Bostan" lately. It's new and i'm sure you'll love it but not sure if it will be suitable for you. I am trying to learn PPC and then end up driving traffic to the site and sell leads. The site looks great, but again, maybe it is not suitable for you.

What are you looking to do here? Rent out the basic websites (on your domain) for a monthly?
