Not just with tips and tricks for SEO, but he found a secret market that he wouldn't reveal, but this guy has helped me out in many other ways and he deserves to be vip

Now if you were someone with alot of BH rep yourself, your recommendation might hold some weight to it - but being that you are a brand new member with exactly ONE post, exactly what are you trying to accomplish? Surely you don't think an admin here is going to read your post and instantly give moose123 Jr. VIP?
If you were just trying to thank Moose123 for all the help he has given you, then you should have just posted this in the Lounge and shouldn't have included the 'Recommendation for Admins' title and the 'deserves to be vip' in your message.
It looks more like you know Moose123 and are trying to help him. I'm not saying that you actually do, I'm just saying that a thread like this for a first thread look very suspicious.
