Hi my friends. What do you do when your Instagram account has posts removed and your recommendation eligibility status turns orange?

Check Account Status to see exactly which posts are affecting your recommendation eligibility.

Also remove or appeal any flagged content if you think it was a mistake.

Then avoid reposting similar content and give the account some time to recover.

I'd go to Account Status and check which posts are causing the problem first. If Instagram got something wrong, appeal it. If the content does break their rules, remove it and be careful with similar posts. Reposting the same stuff probably won't help.

One thing people miss and it's not not only about the removed posts

A few removed posts close together can make the whole account ineligible for while so it's not just those posts and even your clean content stops getting recommended. Profile photo and a bio can count too. it’s

So what would I do? I'd check the bio and the pic as well as the flagged posts and hold off on posting anything borderline until it clears. Instagram itself doesn’t say how long it takes btw so check when you reach to none followers instead of guessing

In addition to deleted posts, check your profile itself. Instagram's recommendations take into account the username, description, and profile photo. Accounts that have grown through fraudulent means, such as buying likes, may also lose their recommendation rights. If any of these apply to you, fix them first. After that, it's mostly a matter of waiting: the rules refer to accounts that have violated the rules "recently," so this will eventually pass unless something new is removed.

You need to go to the Account Status section to delete or appeal the offending post, remove the fraudulent behavior, and patiently wait for the system to update without repeating the same content.

If you’re using churn and burn accounts I’d just toss it an move on to the next, usually once you get flagged it’s pretty hard to get back up from that.
