Recommend Xrumer Service Provider

I have already spent a great deal of time looking at the Xrumer service providers in this forum and am looking for some advice. Here's the situation, I have built 25 customized Web 2.0 properties using a linkwheel strategy and want to be able to submit these pages with two keyword variations to multiple forums (25K) online as posts. This will give each of my 25 URLs 1,000 links. I need the posts to be very customized (professionally spun) so the links stick. The problem that I am running into is that Xrumer service providers will do bulk submissions with multiple keywords but lack on the URL side. I would appreciate any advice regarding service providers who can make this happen for me.
