I literally just registered an account here to tell you guys to stay away from HilltopAds.
We've spent 450 USD on testing campaign just to get 7 registration, that's 64+ USD for a registration. When normally with other networks our CPA price is <= 5 USD. Assigned manager from Hilltop (Roman) never responded to us, as well as their support team via email.

If you’re looking for better CPMs than Exo, PopAds, and Clickadu, there’s a solid pop ads network that works great for high-traffic publishers. They focus only on pop traffic, offer higher rates, and pay daily in crypto—which is a huge plus.

Yeah tbh I also am searching for a direct link ( smart link ) provider that does have good cpm tried alot of those ad networks mentioned there but mostly earning 1 - 1.5$ Per day the only it works for now is galaksion wich is good and support is cool also but still I wantd to find another to make 2 ad networks
