Recommend SMM Panel That Has Boomplay

Hey, I'm having a tough time finding a panel that isn't on B.S. and has Boomplay access that isn't more expensive than getting streams from Apple Music. Does anybody with knowledge have any experience with a non-scam SMM Panel they can direct me to. I'm scowered the forums and come up with one panel that got banned. Point me where I need to go.
