I need a payment gateway since I am from a third world country, and I want to promote services in other countries, but specifically I need that when the possible client pays, it goes to my account and I can withdraw it, not like gumroad, which has to wait more than 2 weeks.

which country are you from? I think most third word countries have their payment gateways

Depends of the service, is it considered high risk.

Anyway, starting from your local providers is always a good approach and the easiest one.
