Recommend me a Writer

I didn't know where to ask this question so I'll ask it here in the lounge.

I need a writer. I am going to be developing some sites and I need "legible content, content that makes sense to the average reader"

I do not need:

1. Research paper type of content
2. Super technical writing

All I want is for the content to be properly structured (not just one big ass 500 word paragraph lol) and I need this content not-to-have tell-tell signs that someone who speaks "ENGRISH" wrote it.

There are many service providers in this forum and I respect their efforts to provide "good content" however; I can't (and don't want to) publish an "I can haz cheezburger" type of article on the home page of my site. I've tried 3 services so far and the articles I was given were all horribly written; and by that I mean atrocious grammar and they provided no value whatsoever.

Having said that, is there a service here in BHW where I could pay say $4-$6 per 500 word article and that such article will actually be legible?

Yes, I know there are people who will want to set me on fire for paying $4-6 per article instead of $15-20-100 per unit, but as I said before I don't need highly researched content; I just need it to make sense!!!
