I use serpbook, it is good, accurate and it is for paid, If you want to track for free then use serplab.

Definitely nothing better than Micro site masters and serpbook. I use both and they are completely accurate.

Why would you need it, to see how your forum/sig spam is ranking in the serps?

if you build a high authority site, basically you do not need to check for their rankings
