I'm looking for something with amazing up time and great speeds also, price friendly.. Since the black day is almost here I could get a great deals.

Most of the providers in there are pretty decent. If you look for established sellers with recent positive feedback then you can be fairly confident you are going to get decent service and good up-time.

I'll go with a less known hosting company which is cheap, reliable and SSL is included in the price: HawkHost

It was recommended to me by @Jeepy who is an expert in website speed optimization, so I think he knows what he's talking about.
No idea about money back guarantee. Check their site or contact them if it's not there.
