I need a good web host for PBN's that will allow for multiple websites, cheap, free domain privacy, etc. Any recommendations? Can't use iPage anymore they screwed me over.

If you're looking for a registrar with free private whois, Namesilo is good.
For hosting, why not check out the market place here? For around less than $50 a year, you can get shared hosting that will get the job done.
If you're looking for a "free domain with a web hosting package, I'd recommend against it unless it's a throwaway domain with absolutely no value at all (which would make it kind of useless as a pbn).

I would do your domains with either name cheap, enom or godaddy. For hosting you can check in the offer section here several great host have ads there

If you are hosting PBN, then I will suggest you host them on different networks. Don't keep same IP address for all your PBN's.
You can take basic Digital Ocean plan and host the single site on the single server. Or else, buy $1 hosting packages as you do not require emails and all.

First of all, I would learn the difference between registrar and host, because you definitely got that mixed up.
Decent free privacy registrars - Namesilo, Namecheap, Dynadot, Hover, Namebright.
Shit registrars to avoid - 1and1, Enom, Network Solutions, Register.com, Godaddy
Now in regards to hosting, if you are new to this, then definitely use something more user friendly. Check Easy blog network, GoPBN, Pbn.Hosting and other hosts for PBNs here on the forum.
