Recommend me a good proxy provider

I'm looking for a reliable proxy provider to use with GSA SER (and a few times per month with scrapebox)
I only need 10 proxies - i just need them to be stable and to not go down every 2-3 days. Price is also an issue, i would like something under $15/mo for 10 proxies - but if that's not possible i can go to $20/mo for 10 proxies.
So any recommendations of good proxies (and cheap if possible) are most welcome.

Also i wanted to ask if it's a good idea to use semi-private proxies with GSA SER (i'm running 200-250 threads).

if you are running 200-300 threads you can use 10-20 Proxies also but you need to use your pre defined list of sites instead of using "Scrape and POST"function cause Serach engines will banned those proxies if you want to use that much threads with "scrape and pos " method then you must need 100-150 Proxies.

i do not recommend shared proxies because you will get your proxies google temp banned immediately, so you need dedicated proxies (you will be the only one using them).

As much as I'm familiar Proxy-N-Vpn are having good reputation on bhw forums. Take a look at marketplace section, price is $22.65 / per month. For 10 private proxies or $11 / per month for 10 shared proxies.
 
i bought from buyproxiesorg and they are pretty good. 10 semi dedi proxies for 11 bucks, 2 of them werent working in scrapebox for me and support sent me a full list of 10 new proxies within 15 minutes

^^ This guy has the best service. I'm currently a subscriber on the 50 dedi plan.
