Im looking to join the affiliate program directly from the poker site - no offers from CPA networks. PLS share only good aff. programs that you have experience with.

Pokerstars now only revenue for the first 2 years.
Perhaps it's no difference as most players don't play such a long time. They wanna focus on new players and affiliate which send them new players.

I've also a short question:
I own a poker domain, which is now nearly 10 years old.
Don't know what to do with it.
How do I promote poker these days?
Should I renew the domain? The last years I used it only to forward/send the visitors to a poker blogspot blog.

Party poker, has a good affiliate program.

I run a poker site with a really high rake and a strong commission structure. I know its not always in your favor when you send a big fish that my players love to play against, but he doesn't really make you that much rake... sooooo I can offer decent CPA as well. or a blended mix.
