Recommend me a good Complex Form Builder

Preferebly working/integrating with Wordpress or an ecom CMS.

I need a more complex form with possibilities to display data intup, calculate cart amount (form will be used for sales).

I see a lot of these 1-pager sites using these forms to sell 1 product + 10 upsells, and I can't find a good plugin that does that?
