In the past, I used spinning software (to spin my own content) and submit to article directories... but as other people mentioned... The quality goes down..

You can find some good writers on oDesk and other freelancer sites... Just be sure you find someone that writes quality articles... I have spent sooo much time reviewing and re-writing articles I had written by a freelancer that I find it easier (and faster) to write my own...

I vote for Thebestspinner and Spin Rewriter. However, as for me, Thebestspinner is always the best I've used this soft for more than 2 years now and the products I get from it are on top of the best quality

like everyone suggested, TBS is the best.. but if you are looking for a free one I'd say you try spinchimp basic..
