Recommend affiliate programs with Nutra, Weight loss or Health

I am looking for Nutrition, or Health or Weight loss affiliate programs. If you know of one that pays before 30 days, better. I am seeing a page with good products "NutriProfits" but I am not convinced that they pay so feasible, and that I have investigated, this is what I have seen on similarweb, I would also like to know your opinion on this page if you know something or some advice.

Have had a good experience with Encore ads, weekly payments and exclusive nutra offers

Hi, I heard that Clickbank is a pretty good network. My friends work with it, and they seem to get paid every 30 days.
