you mean a theme template? mate if you are going to sell design services then why dont you create a fantastic theme for your website?
that would be the first judgement for your visitors: you are selling design and if your own design sucks then why should someone buy from you?

No you're right! I'm in a financial crunch, and need the money I have (not much) to complete a few projects I have lined up and next months expenses. I'm was hoping for someone to recommend a good template (maybe I could download here) that easy customer friendly. Woooooooo!

well you can check themeforest the ecommerce and top rated ones. you can start from there and see what best fits your needs

Do you code? If you do, then go to themeforest and rip one for yourself. It might be unethical, but just pay them later when you earn some money 
Ripping themeforest themes are not easy, but not that tough also (if you know JS).. all of those tricks are inside the jquery.js ;-)
