Recommend a SEO service for me

Hey,

I'm kind of overwhelmed with all the offers here. Please recommend a SEO service for me (or tell me what kind of SEO would be best for my situation):

- New domain (registered < 1 month ago)
- KW: 50k searches/month, Long Tail Pro keyword difficulty is 28
- Keyword contains adult language (no porn)
(- Would like to pay monthly for a good service, up to $400)

I'd recommend you don't come out the gate wasting a ton of money on tons of links your site can't handle yet cause its too new. 10 links a month is more than enough for a brand new site. Drip in a few (handful) social shares each month, and a few (handful) other diverse links (blog comments, PBN, web2,0) a month until your site reaches 3 months old. Then slowly increase until the 6 month mark. Then you can do more "normal SEO" and spend bigger money. Its better to age a site slowly.
