Its a 50/50 chance that they take down something or not. My friend had their shit, he asked well in advance if that service is allowed. Yes it is. Once he was a customer for a couple of weeks it got taken down. So no thanks.

There are options outside of Russia too with good Russia connection latency, I recommend you take it into consideration in your research.

I don't know, but I just don't recommend using Njal.la
Several bad reviews about they on this forum and around the internet
Not in vain...they are very amateur, and I don't think they are from Russia as you wish
