I hate doing off-page SEO work. I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing to build back links etc. for a variety of keywords and URLs I see the Black Hole 2.0 offer at the top of this page, any others that are similar? Better? Cheaper? More Effective?

Go To FIVERR , lot more professional approach and better price .

Try BigBuddy's service. Great reviews

First decide if you want links or results, there is a big difference.

Well actually I'll just take the cash if it's an option :) As far as I know in order to get results, you need links, if you can recommend a service that provides results without links, I'm all ears..........

Same here, give me the money! I was just suggesting that you use caution in your quest for links. 50,000 useless links aren't worth $1. 10 valuable links could be worth $50,000.

Gotcha. Yes, let me clarify - looking for reliable, results-based link building services for a reasonable price.

OK, I've checked out a few of these now......many options it seems. I also see a lot of posts warning against using Fiverr. I guess what I'd really like is a well thought out, gradual service that I can use over the long term. One that will build link pyramids the right way, keeping in mind the latest Google changes and hopefully one that I can gradually add more keywords and target URLs to without costing me an arm and a leg. Am I asking for too much?

I've tried a LOT of link building services/software, and the one that completely blew the competition away is Megalinkblaster. It got one of my sites to the #1 position for a high competition keyword with 22 000 monthly searches within 2 weeks.

As if that wasn't enough, that was almost a year ago. Since then I haven't lifted a finger to SEO the site, and it's still sitting at #1 in the Big G.

Even if you don't get it, visit their site and click on "best practices". That information alone will get you way ahead as it clears up things that IMO 90% of SEO'ers seem unaware of.

Looks like they're not accepting new signups right now. Anything similar?

I recommend anything SEO/link related by the creator of Megalinkblaster. I've followed him and interacted with him since 2009 over at WarriorForum, and he is IMHO the most honest, and effective SEO expert I know of. Here's a link to all his recent threads (replace the xx with tt): hxxp://bit.ly/GUbgaJ

I would recommend Big Buddy's Mightly link pyramid, my friend had said he had good success rate

Thanks for all the recommendations....lots of good options here. One question though.....once I dump some money on one of these packages, and let's assume I climb in the rankings, won't I need to keep ordering more packages to keep my site from dropping? Are there any services you recommend that are more long term, maybe billed monthly, ongoing and gradual?

That depends on the link, some links stick better than others. Good links gain more value as they age in my experience.

Not if you build with the right kind of links. I haven't touched my domain in 1 year, and it's still sitting in the #1 position. That was from hammering it with hundreds of profile links every day for about 1 month.

Btw, don't be afraid to build links fast. The concept of getting sandboxed by Google for building tons of links too fast is a myth. If it were true, all you'd have to do to get rid of your competition would be to slam their sites with links.

The only thing I would look out for is to keep track of your anchor text - if you're using a service to build links with every day (which is recommended - anything else won't stick in the ratings), pick an anchor text that you stick with. Then watch Google for that keyword, and when you're on the first page for that keyword, switch your anchor text; rinse and repeat.

That's exactly what I did to get to #1, and like I said, I'm still there.
