Recommend a good VPS host for me

I need:

UNMANAGED Linux VPS with root access
Ubuntu OS preferably v10.10 or 8.04
Cheap so maybe 128 meg RAM and 100 gb bandwidth

Obviously I'm using for proxies so need to be able to load Squid
