anybody please recommend a clicker bot that supports clicking on coordinate and DIV's (etc)

Why do you want to click there exactly?
 
If you want to do something within a browser, you can use iMacros to make such bot. In regular clicking/recording mode you can tag DIVs, in directscreen recording mode you can click on X,Y coordinates.
 
iMacros is probably your best bet if your not into programming. If you have time on your hands, its fairly easy to make one yourself using vb.net ... even for a beginner you could learn to make one in less than a day or 2 depending on how fast you learn, that way you can customize it yourself to your likings with no restrictions.
 
BAS will do exactly what you want and if you have proxies you can use them too. I have been using it for a while and it has worked great so far.
