Recommend a cheap VPS?

Sup - I've had a chance to use thrustvps w/ senuke x and scrapebox as well as a few
other goodies running and their servers are tight! I'm in the US, but they have both
UK and US servers. I think for a monthly it's around $12-15/month. pretty cheap!
A friend showed me how a 64bit OS will run these programs better than a 32bit system =)
64bit runs so much smoother

I'm using BurtNet VPS 1GB, working great with Senuke X and Scrape Box on Windows 2008. Good quality with $13/mo....
What is wrong with those two services?

I have had nothing but problems with their support. Incompetent in my opinion. it is too bad because they came highly recommended and I need to purchase more VPS's.
Also phone support is mission critical for me. They dont offer it.

Does thrustvps still always reboot their server? I used them a few months back but I always find my server being down or rebooted. And it will lag very badly during peak hours. I hate it when I left my program to run overnight just to find out that the server was reboot during during the night. If their service has improved since then I might resign again. I can't deny that their vps is very affordable.

Yes its very very cheap compared to others but you get what you paid for..one of my vps in thrustvps get a boot-reboot mayhem every 3-4 days..I used pingdom to log the uptime and downtime so that I know when does it exactly down..:24:

Yeah that is the problem which I have too, reboot every few days randomly. I guess it will be good only if u babysit it while it is running scrapebox since you might encounter data loss when the server suddenly reboot. Most of their vps servers are oversold, so you have to depend on your luck to get onto a server which has less users. I heard they had launch UK vps server not long ago, I wonder if their uptime stats will be better than their US vps.

I've seen the server needing to be rebooted a couple times, but
not very often. I've ran some large templates/runs through senuke, and left it running
for hours on end without any major issues. I expect small things w/ any server.
I'm sure they have different locations for their datacenters and various
severs so experiences will be different.
I am happy with them and feel it's a pretty nice setup for the value.

AliasServer (windows): $35, unlimited Transfer
The price break is big, which is why I ask in this other thread: Monthly Data transfer / bandwidth for common BH tools?
