Yeah unlimited residential proxies will be expensive af and only make sense of you're using 1TB a day or something and even then you'll get very poor spammed to death IP's which won't be good for Adsense.

You can use mobile proxies as they will work fine with AdSense automation. A lot of providers provide mobile proxies with unlimited bandwidth, but they are a bit expensive. You can search in the marketplace (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/) as many sellers have listed their services there.
